Facilitation Guides & Slide Decks
While each JRI badge can be completed independently without an in-person component, we recognize that some learners benefit from in-person discussion and pacing. To support this, there are optional Facilitation Guides and PowerPoints created so that facilitators can walk alongside their learners as they complete the badges.
The Facilitation Resources are available only to the staff of an organization and are not required for learners to earn badges. For all - Promo materials
Many organizations use JRI in combination with internships, job shadowing opportunities, etc. To help spread the word via social media or via electronic/printed flyers, there are templated images, flyers and social media posts available to JRI facilitators and their organizations to use as they spread the word about JRI to both learners and invested stakeholders.

FAQs.Do Providers (active prior to July 2023) need to sign up AGAIN?
Yes. All current and previous providers will need to re-register. To better serve our participants and organizations, there are different plans available as of July 2023 for all organizations to choose from. Check out the Sign Up page to learn more about the different plan options. HOW DO I FACILITATE THIS CONTENT IN-PERSON?
In order to make the content accessible for in-person learning environments, there are presentations and facilitation guides available to all organizations upon completing onboarding. These resources will allow participants to complete the content online (as required to earn badges) while the facilitator prompts participants with the supplemental in-person activities and discussion questions that support the learning process. Feel free to use all, some, or none of the in-person content provided. It is optional and not required in order for learners to earn badges. Where do participants access jri?
There are two options where participants can access the JRI content dictated by the plan your organization signs up for. Option #1: EmployIndy's Learning Hub Since 2022, the Job Ready Indy content has been available to participants on EmployIndy's learning management system (LMS), called the Learning Hub. It will continue to be free to Marion County organizations and residents. Option #2: Your Organization's Existing LMS Platform We are excited to share that starting July 2023 both Marion County and Outside Marion County organizations can offer JRI to their participants on their own organization's LMS platform for a fee. Organization's will receive the content in a file type that is compatible with their LMS platform to be uploaded. A benefit of this is the facilitators and learners will be able to engage with the content without needing to log into another account or learn how to navigate a new platform. Check out the Sign Up page to see more details. Can i offer jri for a fee to participants?
EmployIndy has created JRI to be a free resource for organizations in Marion County to use with Marion County residents for free. Marion County organizations using JRI with Marion County residents should do so with no cost being passed on to the resident. It is to remain a free and accessible resource to those we serve. Any Marion County organizations found charging Marion County residents for access to JRI will effectively terminate their Subscription Agreement with EmployIndy and subsequently have their JRI access as an organization revoked. Who is included in the user count?
All users (staff + learners) given access to the JRI content whether in your organization's LMS or on EmployIndy's LMS count towards your plan's max user count. It's important to note that the user count includes those user who create duplicate accounts. This can happen if a learner forgets their password and simply signs up with a new email address rather than use the "Forget Password" function on EmployIndy's LMS log in screen. Once the max count has been hit, new users will not be able to be added. Current users will retain access until the end of the active contract. If you would like to upgrade to a larger plan, please reach out to [email protected]. Upgrades to plans will be prorated according to the remaining time on the active contract. EmployIndy LMS - account access issues
