job ready.

Connect with eager local talent.
Job Ready Indy badges tell employers that an applicant is ready for entry-level opportunities.

As Indy's labor market tightens, skilled workers are becoming more in demand than ever. Cultivating a community of opportunity for entry-level jobs is a proven way to ensure businesses have a talent pipeline on which they can depend.

All businesses who are hiring entry-level workers play a role in the development of Indy's future talent pipelines through employment. Job Ready Indy participants strengthen the workforce as they enter with employability skills that have an impact on local businesses and industries within Marion County.

EmployIndy is currently working with Marion County schools, community organizations, and service providers to establish a network of outlets to deliver the Job Ready Indy curriculum.
